How do I get Yellow Jackets composter?

I have two black plastic compost that a fork lift to another. Recently, I was stirring my compost was stung by a yellow jacket. Now I can not understand how the yellow jackets out. I can not do with my compost pile. Is there a way to remove organic? I would not want to spray insecticides in a compost pile. Any ideas?
