Anaerobic my compost pile?

I have a big compost heap in my backyard, has revealed that since I had a few years ago. It is totally full of leftover food, fruit, vegetables, egg shells, etc. (no meat, milk, or something that could harm their production). The bottom of the cylinder is color dark brown / black and soil-y, but the point is very wet and black. I looked yesterday and added some leaves. Is there a way to improve your situation, I heard also is anaerobic? I looked at the bottom of today and go test some of the herbs in brown stuff. No smell of rotten food, I contributed by fruit and my family, eggshells and coffee beans. I hope that is agreeable.

You have to move a little more often. I have had success with things small, as the decomposition of mulched leaves faster. Anaerobic in that oxygen is not enough. If wet or damp is well, seems a little air is needed. During the winter I had my "pile of leaves with a tarp, in addition to actually build the decomposition by heat.
