Can / fruit vegetable matter 3'x3 'Rubbermaid container for 6 months, even closed a compost heap are used?

Everyone organic radicals, with the exception of animal ingredients, had gathered and stored since the new year in June, in anticipation of creating an organic garden this year. Unfortunately, the delay many home repairs this effort (new roof, etc.). We created our compost, but not sure if you can add the stored material, as there was no air circulation. It should be fine. It is still to putrefaction, simply deferred for sealing.
