Building my own compost?

I am a compost bin and I have some questions. First Do I have or wood on the ground and can directly on the floor? Second Should I line the inside with something? Third Do I have to be assumed? Will my subscription Fourth mold when it rains? Thanks!

Mine would be , Five pallets of lace, covered the inside with 1 / 2 inches square. I would join four in a square and keep it upright and put in the top fifth. I liked the ground.
