The Moldy compost and worms question …?

So I started composting in a plastic bucket on the balcony of my apartment. Some people told me worms did not need in the process of work, but now is full of mold. I do not want to pay $ 40 up to 500 worms, because I am a 70L. I can only worms fish bait? Will it work? Ok, so I go with the air and add more "dry" things. Should the way?

They feel not bad, missladi, many people have all sorts of problems with their compost! It is a right way to determine whether these cases the questions to prevent a majority if not all. Does adequate ventilation of air in the container? Have you put holes in the bottom of the container and raised you from the bottom tray other container allows air flow from below the bottom too? Have you tried to add shredded paper or cardboard more? Are you eating too much and Garden leftovers? Is the balcony in the sun or humidity? (Keep container inside to avoid condensation and such.) If empty the contents, clean the tank to allow a mild soap and water, Sun Air dry, make adjustments and add new content in.
