Where I can find a motorized vessel compost?

My father wants to compost, but it has serious back problems that prevent you from turning the compost. A solution seems a glass of water with an electric motor that is. Several web sites will cease to exist, but I have yet to see an actual product. Building Tips an electric would be fine, but ideally we need a dryer designed for and includes an electric motor.
