Small errors in the flight kitchen, possibly from horse manure?

Please help !!!!! In recent weeks there have been these very small flying insects invading my home. They are usually in the kitchen, but I've seen in bathrooms, and in the living room. I was the second day in the grass, and I think that the same mistake flying small ring of fresh pile of horse manure.
