Many people are using aerobic composting, often accomplished through the use of compost pile. But it is not only a form of fertilizer from your garden, kitchen waste gardening.

Are three basic ways to compost: aerobic, anaerobic and vermicomposting.

Aerobic Composting

There several ways to achieve aerobic composting, such as batteries, containers, garbage cans, drums and sheet composting. All these variations exist in aerobic composting only because it is effective.

Aerobic composting is a complex process. In short, the use of microorganisms, carbon and nitrogen in the plant to the same as food. These micro-organisms breathe oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.

Aerobic degradation may generate much heat. If a battery is sufficiently large, could be a temperature as high as 170 degrees Fahrenheit, although it takes a certain set of circumstances that are rarely achieved.

A well-built compost pile can go from 0 degrees Celsius to work up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat from the microbes break down plant materials have been developed enough to make the lot of steam in the cold.

With a compost pile should not smell. If there is an odor, the pile should be turned on or off, materials such as meat or dairy products are not actually being in a compost pile.

Anaerobic composting

Anaerobic composting is rarely used by a gardener. completed until the decomposition is anaerobic composting creates a slimy, smelly mess.

Anaerobic composting is easy with the help of a cluster well packaged with a high moisture content, 40% can reach 75%. Can also be achieved by immersing the organic matter in water, this will help some of the odor problems. Assuage

This form composting does not generate enough heat to effectively kill pathogens and seed bad seed herbs. Rental of the battery for a year or have to sit in to kill most pathogens, weed seeds can survive longer than that.

In my opinion, is superior to aerobic composting anaerobically. No time that I would recommend anaerobic to aerobic composting.

Vermicomposting

Vermicomposting is a big word that means composting with worms. These are not earthworms in your yard average, are two different types of worms, Eisenia fetida and Lumbricus rubellus, commonly known as red worm, red worm, or any number of other names depending on who you talk to.

Vermicomposting is starting to do.

Get a tank, either a commercial worm bin, or you can build from plywood.

Add some beds, which is most often newspapers in a "wide strips or cardboard, cut into strips about 1" wide and drilled a 2 "3" long. Moisten bedding with water, only two or 3 drops of water dripping when a bunch of bruises.

Add to add a handful of garden soil grains some worms.

Now you can worms. They can be ordered through the Internet or a garden center you could ask for. The worms to pay in 2 or 3 days before any waste plant material.

Vermicomposting is a great way to compost kitchen scraps. An aerobic compost heap is not efficient, if you constantly new material in the heap, a worm bin is efficient if new material constantly.

A worm bin does not smell so few people in it to keep a kitchen cabinet when little space, or simply the convenience of adding kitchen waste.

This was only a short introduction to the different forms of payment. Some people can make it look composting for specific recipes on carbon and nitrogen relations complicated, really is not too complicated. Composting is a biological process more complicated, but to build a compost pile or worm bin is easy.

And composting is one of the best ways to build your garden soil, is still the basis for organic gardening. Can provide all the nutrients necessary steps to grow a garden large plant.

Why are some worms in different colors?

In my compost bin a few of them are bright red, some pink some are colored gray. You are earthworms and earthworms and red worms. But I see that there are some worms can be pink or red. I know that several species have different colors, but what worms of the same species? Some are brighter than others. Made with water or food or the environment? Why is that?

Just as there are different breeds of dogs, cats, and even within their own races are different shades, colors and sizes. Out side of their own race is a lot of phenomena different, they all have different temperaments, but they are all dogs, including breeds that look very similar to those unique individuals. No one is, is like worms Also, each creature unique in its own … Hope that helped me understand … God bless

How often should I feed my pacman frog?

I feed him one or two of red worms every two days, with a calcium supplement in the third day.'s still young, I'm guessing clock (only the size of a silver dollar). Am I feeding him too much? Too little? From time to time give eating crickets. It is only so when I run out of worms that I transform. I just want to know if it often enough. But thanks. I did not know they could eat pinkies, small.

Not getting enough to eat. Mine is smaller than yours and get a few other day cricket and mouse pinky once a week. A diet is not just enough worms. Pacman frogs are very hungry.

It's that time of year again. The weather is always cool and should protect your worms warm. We are a few ways, their actions have worms roasting hot during all winter. If you keep the worms warm, they will eat more and reproduce more quickly.

1. Report a glass 3 / 4 of the way in a corner worm tray. Fill the jar with warm water. Dip a small aquarium heater in the vessel and ignited. The heater heats the glass of water, at about 75-80 degrees. This is a nice corner your'm to keep your worms warm and prevent freezing. In the glass in one corner of the worms have been held in the field when he gets too hot, and can return if they leave too cold.

2. Similar to the previous idea, but instead a glass submersing in the trash instead need the heater in a 5-gallon bucket or old radiators that drill holes in a small pond pump and also the source and some of the hose. Place the heater and pump in the bucket / Cooler. On the side, or top, drill a hole for the cable and two holes for the tubes. Attach the pump hose, and run through the holes in the lid. Then can adjust the tubing around the trash or started only in the litter, depending on the type of those who have buried. Run the end of the tube to the bucket through the other hole. The water is circulated through the tube and back to the Cube. The water heater is kept at a constant temperature. This is the system we use with our worms and they love it!

3. Find an old waterbed heating pads or hot seed into its container and cloth. If you are a temperature control better.

Here are some ideas to get started. Now imagine in your mind, you are responsible for temperature control and maintenance. The guidelines are for informational purposes only, and different climatic zones require different techniques to keep your worms happy.

Was it a good idea, red worms and garden worms in a mixture of compost?

Ugh. I wanted to keep some worms in the compost and sell it online and offline. So I made a lot of garden worms and red worms bought 25. The problem is that I want to sell, just like earthworms. Dignity it is the buyer in your opinion?

Worms in the compost pile is an excellent idea, I will help any worms in my compost pile to reduce the material. Without But the red (the maggots and worms, the most common worm in the garden) do not inhabit the same area. Red worms prefer a moist environment as a wiggler. I use Worms in my red elm / oak leaf compost and wiggle in my compost pile. The wigglers seem to favor a mixture of straw, peanut shells and yard waste, although, in oak leaves, so it will work. The red worms, such as manure mixed with it. I use rabbit manure, if I am one. When I raised rabbits, no problem. Well, I have rabbits, worms have less red, but still do the job. As a fisherman I have not tried to sell one of the worms myself and save the cost of buying bait. Good luck and enjoy!

IÂ'm not sure which is the best bait in the world. But it is the most popular. And the ITA were used and recommend to all.

Early Implementation fisheries, and the oldest representation of fish, including worms. Even Sir Isaac Walton, as the father of sport fishing, is located in the historic Designs with images of a long stick that resembles a fishing pole with a worm dangling from a bare hook.

When I was a child, "go fishing" automatically meant that first, we dig for worms.
Worms are so widely accepted and used as bait for fishing, almost no one writes has more of it. But even in this age of technology and now manages thousands of roller shades, worms probably still account for more fish fries than anything else.

Dona't I think many people to dig for more. Instead, they pay a pretty penny per dozen. The price of a can of worms does not look like much, if youÂ're approached the coast, but if we compare the prices of other meats-ita astronomical.

IÂ've never do, but IÂ've calculated that if you have enough of the worms Dozen Laying on the scale is a Butchered to make a pound, which cost about $ 100.

Many years ago I'm in a simple recipe and procedure for more worms you put on a hook.

All you need is a ten-gallon galvanized bucket, a little soil, some water, a handful of dry dog food and a dozen red worms as Brut – camp.

First, punch some small holes in the ground and the bottom of the pan with a stylus. This allows excess water, but the holes are too small for worms by the wind.

Fill the bucket a few inches from the top with potting soil or garden soil loose. Then, stirring, dry dog food in a cup.

However, do not add coffee grounds or other messages. Despite what I've heard, these acid wastes is not good for worms. The dog of the entire supply food they need.

Sprinkle the top no more than one liter of water in the bucket. The soil should be moist but not muddy. Buying a brood stock two or three dozen worms in your local bait and cast them into the ground.

The bucket in a cool basement or home. The ideal temperature is around 65 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is much colder than the worms will reproduce and grow slowly. Die if it gets much over 75, could degreesÂ.

Check the bucket once a week to see if it needs water. Note, however, that the tendency is to drown them. Red worms like Growth indoor plants growing and how plants, contact your worms, if desired.

Once every three weeks or so, you scratch the first three inches of soil and mix half-cup of dog food with him. Then pour the remaining dirt and worms in a different bucket.

This gives you the opportunity to review the progress of the operation worm. Most importantly, look at the bottom of the bucket for signs of excessive mud and mold. If this is the case, you are given too much water or food, perhaps both.

Dump the land where dog food added back into the first bucket. Then pour the rest of the dirt and worms on top.

You can also dozens of new worms expected in a few months. A cube of this size is compatible from 800 to 1000 adults. The offer still filling up, as you are using.

It does or wobbling bouncy things if you will, and youÂ'll have a supply of fish food that changed as long as you want to handle it.
