I need a good recipe for compost tea?

So I'm looking for a recipe for good compost tea, but I need on a scale of cubes cubes 5 gallon because I have the greatest waould I would know how old your recipe and how the work was good with you!

Recently transplanted to a tree planted in red. All the leaves are gone? Why?

The tree was about 6 feet tall and had beautiful leaves. After ten days, all leaves are gone? I live in zone 5, so do this season? We followed the information store who bought it.
