What is the best, what to change, as the dust of the ground?

My land around the house is almost like dust – or perhaps dried mud. No idea, but its terrible – last year I planted a few flats of flowers and grew a lot … So I wonder, what could add to the soil (So I can get to be able to center in a garden) to help the majority. Usually compost is added, but the city we live in now, let us not composter / batteries …. imagine …. Anyway, what we suggest? Thanks to all

Put cat litter in the compost pile?

Green boxes we have here in town, but am not sure if I'm putting litter in the present. For Use compost to be placed in the trash?

N – do not put the cat poop in the compost pile. You should not any other meat products / waste the stack and cats eat meat. therefore, their poop is a meat product and is ruining the compost. Yuck! The same applies to dog poop, poop poop rabbit human … but it is excellent fertilizer!

What happens to the fertilizer, if the city builds up on the day of set-up?

I know most of the real trash that follows, we a landfill, but what happens to farm waste? I see a potential gold mine (or green, if you will) is in the court of the city for waste collection privatize it into compost and sold back to consumers for personal or commercial fertilizer. Does anyone know where it goes?

Many communities do. Some branches also separately run through a shredder, and sells materials for landscaping chips.
