If your attempts to break the composting seem to take forever to create a useful product, building your compost pile next round straw bale. Remember organic straw bales if you have an organic garden.

The idea is to use bullets (organic) straw as the external structure of the compost pile – it is your composting ingredients. The straw bales for the flow of air through a pile of organic matter and because it is, contributing to the warming of the process stack. Finally, their use as ingredients in a compost heap in the future.

Step – by – step

1. Wheat or pea straw are the best types of bullets for composting. Start by building a compost pile, if the environment can have a number of composting "bins." Create structure two bales high with three pages of its junction with the second series for strength. Leave both the front and work surface is about 1.5 square meters.

2. Layer of organic material based directly on the bare ground. Building with alternating layers of materials rich in nitrogen such as animal manure, grass cut, Comfrey and Yarrow and high carbon materials such as kitchen waste, straw, shredded paper, etc.

3. For better air flow you need a PVC pipe in place the center of the stack at an angle on how to build. Her hair is compact and begun to reverse. You can use the tube every week or two to allow more air to remove loose, then after four weeks.

4. Continue to layer ingredients around the tube. Make sure each layer of water (if is really wet already), how to accelerate composting to go. Always with the choice of both ingredients as possible to an excellent final product, including a number generous animal manure.

5. If you arrived at your top layers of straw bale structure, covering everything with cookies (small portions of a bale) of hay. This will help keep large masses, you burn a lot faster. Give another good watering.

6. To generate more heat include front structure with more bullets. Water twice a week during dry weather and windy. When the ingredients begin to break down (about four weeks) may use the pipeline.

You can quickly create fertilizer to enrich the soil, improving health and vitality of your plants.

Worm composting is a way to recycle some of the leftovers a soil amendment, to dark and rich. One advantage is the worm composting here an interior or outdoor project. This method returns the apartment or condo residents an opportunity to do some composting. This type of payment is through a container wet litter and some full red worm. These worms finally turn food scraps into rich, dark compost.

First, it is necessary to build, buy or simply find wood or plastic, you can put holes in the circulation and drainage. Then fill the box with wet towels and Worms, then buried food particles between the layers of bedding and add a cup of sand for sand worms for digestion to be used. The wooden container humidity is much more than plastic, the plastic work, but generally is credited to the left a little wet. Timber, a container used an old barrel chest, or even a dresser drawer of age. Must be between 8-12 cm deep, and it takes a week for a square meter area per pound to allow the waste. for drill holes of 8.12 in the trash can depend on its size. The holes should be about 1 / 4 inch for air circulation and drainage to be on the floor. You need more holes if you use a plastic container. Now you can use your containers on bricks or blocks for air circulation with a tray placed below to collect the excess liquid.

Because worms have a damp and dark, you can cover the tray covered with some plastic manure dark or burlap. If the box is to be out of the head to the storage of waste collectors and the rain is used. The worm castings in a garage can be shed, basement, kitchen counter or balcony, but also should rain, hot sun and cold are carried out. When the outdoor temperature less than 40 degrees, which should have to enter the house.

Wet bed is suitable for the Worm Composting containing strips of cardboard or newspaper, straw has been chopped seaweed, dried grass clippings and leaves are destroyed. You can also deliver more a form of litter in a time when more nutrients into rich compost worms. Be sure to sand or earth to add digestion. The moisture in the bed should be squeezed like a sponge. The air flow can be generated by increasing the beds carefully.

The best worms for composting are red worms used as Red worms are known. Bloodworm reason are best because they develop in organic material. Two pounds or 2000 red worm for a pound of waste needs daily meal. By detecting the worms needed to use hard to waste less food per day, the worm population increases. These worms are usually red sexual maturity in 60-90 days and produce buds that usually go 3 weeks for babies. Once the breeding has started 2-3 for reeling a week deposit with two babies in each. Do not worry about overpopulation, because it's not the size of the container, because the volume of Room & Board.

Remains food such as tea, ground coffee crushed eggshells, fruit and vegetable skins, worms inside the worm composting 'M fed. As the worm bin composting outdoors does not apply to give your worms fatty foods, dairy products, meat and grain to manure, which could cause problems with rodents. Do not forget to move the bed to the side so you can bury the food waste deep and then cover again. After six weeks, you will notice the bedding has to be much darker humus. After 2-1/2 months, some original beds are still visible along with some brown humus. The height of beds is slowly declining although still adding food scraps regularly. More beds that are converted, the worms begin to suffer, so the perfect time to harvest some compost.

The easiest way to do that is complete, move all the compost to one part of the container, place some new beds in the open space you just made and add a little food waste. The worms eventually move to the new housing area with food and can now use the finished compost. New bedding can now be placed in the rest of the container and can be worms to start from scratch. Composting with worms is not difficult, but can sometimes have some unpleasant odors. This probably means there is too much food waste when this is done gently stir the contents for more ventilation and wait for the worms to break any remaining before you no more.

Barbara has done some research on worm composting and found it to be an indoor project. Visit her website Gardeners Garden Supplies for more interesting gardening ideas and suggestions.

As a novice gardener, you must know the importance of coverage. Litter lying on top of the soil near the plants or plant to dry land, erosion and prevent weed growth. Mulch can be a variety of materials such as wood chips, straw, sawdust, leaves, branches, etc. Actually, you can use to make compost normally used as organic fertilizer. But the difference between the fertilizer and compost is to spread mulch on the ground as compost is worked into the soil better digging, because compost is a natural plant fertilizer. Thus, by subscription, but extended on the ground near the vegetables soften and water.

Almost all plant residues (pruning, cuttings, leaves, etc) can be used as organic fertilizer. But when it comes to oleander, you have to be careful. The laurel is a tree leaf perennial that can reach great heights from 6 to 12 meters and 20 meters. It blooms from summer through early fall. The flower size is about 1 ½ inches in diameter. Can be single or double petals with colors like white, red, pink, salmon pink, or magenta. It is found mainly in South Asia and the Mediterranean each part of the oleander is toxic, especially its milky sap. In fact, they can only eat a few leaves to kill a small child. The leaves of the plant are also coated with a kind of dust that can cause illness if breathed into your lungs or have contact with him in the skin. The powder, especially in summer, when dry and hot. So if you prune or cut an oleander do this after a heavy rain. In addition, they are wearing gloves to protect to contact with the juice. For Therefore, the oleander is used as mulch or compost?

Research shows that when the oleander The compost is added to the toxin known as oleandrin exhausted after 50 days. So if the compost in the soil is not harmful to plants. Studies with lettuce (that fast flowering vegetables) tomatoes do not recognize Oleander toxic substances (which are always slow to mature crop) in them. But with the oleander as mulch is more risky because parts are not as oleanders decomposed into compost. Therefore, it is better than cure. If you are using the oleander as mulch, used in ornamental plants (such as flowers), but not vegetables.

By adding Oleander do in your compost, let the compost mature for 50 days and make sure every part of the plant is dismantled and no longer visible in its original form before using the compost. Even then, wash the vegetables thoroughly before cooking and eating. This is good practice anyway.
Among These precautions can be used as fertilizer or compost Oleander.
